I strive to do my best to go above and beyond what the customer expects from me. Every time I am done loading stuff up, I always ask the customer to do a walk around and make sure that they are completely satisfied with the services received. I don't leave the property until I know they are satisfied. If the customer isn't happy then I'm not happy and I will do whatever I can within reason to make it right. I also like to make sure that everything that gets picked up gets disposed of responsibly and ethically. There is a reason that my Google account has all four and five stars.
